About

Jack Onorati, President of OC, a graduate of the New York University Real Estate Institute earned his bachelor's degree at Lycoming College and his master's degree from Farleigh Dickinson. From an early age and until he went away to school, Jack spent his summers working in the field, learning the family business hands-on. After graduation, he worked in New York City for Solomon Brothers for 10 years in Mortgage Securities. The desire to be an entrepreneur led Jack back to OC in 1995 where he proceeded to increase sales tenfold.

Alfred Onorati, Vice President of OC, attend the University of Arizona majoring in Engineering. Upon his return, Alfred assumed the role of Field Superintendent for OC. He has been in charge of orchestrating and monitoring our multiple field crews for over 30 years. Safety is a major concern at OC, and as our Safety Program Field Monitor, Alfred personally inspects each job site daily to ensure that the best possible safety measures are being taken.

Paul Onorati, Secretary/Treasurer of OC, began his career with the company right out of High School as a heavy equipment operator. In addition to his role as Operating Supervisor, Paul is a master mechanic and oversees the maintenance of the entire OC Fleet from tandems to backhoes. Having over 30 years of hands on experience in the field, Paul is the man to go to with questions and/or problems regarding your site work, and paving projects large or small.

Tom Carvagno, Sales Manager, a graduate of Seton Hall University and BOMA member, began his career with the Bank of New York as a Facilities Manager. Looking to expand upon his management skills, Tom moved to Gale & Wentworth assuming the role of Property Manager where he was responsible for over 1,000,000 sq. ft. at multiple locations. Tom joined the OC team in 1998. His background and extensive knowledge in the field of property management/maintenance is key to his ability to estimate, competitively price and supervise projects.
