OCC was contacted by the management team responsible for oversight at Berkeley Plaza Shoppes on Ridgedale Avenue in East Hanover. The project consisted of 2″ asphalt milling and 2″ asphalt surface course installation. It was crucial for the client that the property remain open throughout all phases of improvements as this property consisted of local businesses, as well as anchor tenant 7/11. OCC was able to split the parking lot into 2 phases, and complete the scope of work in 1 day. The following day striping took place, and within 2 days the resurfacing was complete with minimal disturbance to the local businesses and their customers.
