OCC was invited to provide a bid for the full depth repair of the existing parking lot for the Mt. Tabor Volunteer Fire Department. It was crucial that the existing asphalt be removed down to the subgrade. OCC then installed a thick subbase aggregate, asphalt base course, and asphalt surface course (over 1′ thick) to help the parking lot withstand the ~80,000lb fire engines that were to be parked on the asphalt surface. OCC was able to get this project done quickly, and also provided striping, and ancillary drainage & concrete sidewalk/curb improvements.
