Resurfacing at Montville Condo Association

Client: Brandywyne Condominium Complex- Montville NJ 

OCC provided asphalt milling, and resurfacing services to the community at Brandywyne in Montville off of Changebridge Road. The project was completed in multiple phases to allow access to all residents at all times, and ensure emergency vehicles could enter/exit with no obstacle in the scenario an emergency had occurred. OCC worked directly with Brandywyne management as well as the community by handing out construction notices manually to each resident, and working with their respective vehicular traffic.
