Client: Rutgers Village Apartment Complex

OCC was called in by the team at Rutgers Village Apartment Complex in Parsippany, NJ. There were 2 large parking lots that needed to be resurfaced with 2″ of milling, and 2″ of paving. The community also requested the installation of speed humps, and repairs to existing catch basin inlets. The main road throughout the complex also needed to be milled and paved. OCC crew worked with management and the community to ensure a safe, easily accessible construction process and got the project completed successfully.
