Project Description
Shoppes at Livingston Circle Resurfacing
Shoppes at Livingston Circle Resurfacing
Client: Eastman Management, Inc. Livingston NJ
OCC was approached by Eastman Management Co to resurface portions of the asphalt parking lot at 277 Eisenhower Parkway (formerly known as the Shoppes at Livingston Circle). OCC was responsible for milling and paving the side parking lot, digging electrical trench for utility access, installation of concrete pad for generators, and re-configuring sections of asphalt drive to make an easier access for retail deliveries to anchor tenant, Aldi. It was crucial for OCC to be efficient in its’ construction process as Aldi does not have inventory, and all shipments are placed on a just-in-time basis. OCC, Eastman, and Aldi worked together to get the project done in time.
