OCC was the managing site contractor responsible for site improvements at 43 Stults, in Dayton NJ. As a primary distribution center for Restaurant Depot, scheduling of this project was crucial, and the logistics surrounding getting the project completed were of the upmost importance. Work included, but not limited to: asphalt milling and paving of existing employee parking lot, concrete sidewalks and loading ramps, LED security wall packs, heavy duty spec industrial grade paving for truck court parking lot.
