Traffic & Operations Center (TOC) Building Parking Lot

Onorati Construction was awarded the contract for redeveloping the Traffic & Operations Center parking lot for the City of Paterson. The project required full depth milling and removal of existing damaged asphalt. OCC was then required to install and grade roughly 650 SY Dense Grade Aggregate (DGA) throughout the parking lot as per NJDOT specifications. OCC removed and installed concrete sidewalk, associated curbing, and had engineered drawings for the construction of a custom flagpole for the front of the property. OCC worked together with Paterson DPW & in-house engineering staff to complete this project successfully.
