Asphalt Resurfacing
The milling of an asphalt surface is not always a prerequisite to paving. At times, for a more cost-effective solution, and depending on your specific surface, asphalt overlay is the best option. We have a professional crew which is more than familiar with the “keying” process which follows a basic asphalt overlay. Contact us and we will be happy to educate you on this process.
Asphalt Maintenance/Repair
Onorati Construction also offers many other solutions to asphalt surfaces rather than whole lot milling/paving. We are equipped with the most modern equipment to come into any tight area and mill damaged, frayed, impaired, asphalt. We will then sweep the area to ensure for proper adherence of HMA (hot-mix asphalt) to the milled section. From 2-ton patches, to 200-ton multiple patches; we are able to successfully complete the job.
Catch Basins/Repairs
We also employ professional, and experienced masons to build and construct effective catch basins to guarantee proper drainage. Over time, blocks inside the catch basins will rot and corrode with the occasional rainfalls throughout the years. This corrosion process only increases with the mixture of water and salt runoff during the winter months. We are obliged to perform anything from “housekeeping” repairs, to full installation of catch basins in a flooded area. See “Pipe/Drainage”.
Masonry/Curb Building/Repairs
Onorati Construction installs curbs, and repairs missing/damaged blocks. The curbing acts as a “border” to ensure proper water drainage, discourages drivers from driving in the wrong area, and supports the pavement edge over the years to come.
Pavers
Aesthetically appealing, paver stones can be installed by our qualified personnel as an accent piece or as an entire project.
Sidewalk Construction
Onorati Construction is experienced in providing safe walking paths for clients. In especially high traffic areas with many pedestrians; it is crucial for their safety to walk on a sidewalk. Water can be a costly, and damaging force when allowed to drain in the wrong direction; especially to an asphalt surface. From basic drainage, to full installation of underground trenchwork (with shoring boxes), we will be able to provide any scope of drainage. We have installed multiple pipe sizes, and concrete perforated drainage sumps to relieve water in lower area spots.

Sealcoating

Line Striping
Onorati Construction also has the ability to line stripe, and re-paint the parking lot/roadway. At times, property managers have to “rethink” the efficiency of how the lines are sprayed in order to fit more vehicles in their lot. Onorati Construction understands the lack of asphalt surface real estate, especially in busy retail sectors. We can accommodate this need.
